My hands-on sales and marketing background includes managing a large enterprise sales team at Google, building sales teams from scratch as VP Sales at Rev.com, leading marketing at Upwork as employee #10, and overseeing the Cisco-Splunk go-to-market integration.
I have also led gen AI initiatives at Cisco, driven new investments at Google X, and served as a partner in a seed-stage VC firm. This is built on a foundation in management consulting at McKinsey, advising tech C-suites.

I chose the name Chester for my company because it represents both strength and a sense of home.
In English and Latin, Chester means "fortress" or "camp," symbolizing resilience, protection, and stability - qualities essential to a successful B2B tech business. Chester is also the name of the street where I live, making it a personal choice that reflects my commitment to building a company with integrity and authenticity.
